April 23, 2001:

BOTTOM DRAWER DISCOVERY: I found this buried in the bottom of my desk drawer along with sundry other pieces of Hanson-related debris from the summer: ticket stubs, the paper backing to my backstage pass, the recipt from the hotel in Philly. It's the first draft of Who's the Biggest Fool of All that I scribbled on the back of a BankBoston recipt while I was at work. I knew that if I didn't get the ideas out of my system right away, I would lose all of them. Or maybe it was just a particularly slow day at the venerable Mass State Liberry.

More strangeness coming soon.

FREAK OF THE WEEK: Glimmer Train. Guess what Laura has recently discovered? The literary magazine! Hoo rah. She's kind of addicted to them and thinks they're wicked neat. Glimmer Train is her new favorite.
