AN UPDATE, I SAY: Sabrina busted me an e-mail this morning and was like, Hey Laura. How about you update or something? So I was like, OK. I will. Not much to talk about with Hanson these days, huh? Yeah. I thought so too. Except I've been feeling pretty angst ridden lately (Imagine!) about our little Hansony corner of cyberland. It's pretty grim out there, huh? Pages closing left and right. People fighting and yelling and screaming and bustin' blood vessels. It's just no fun, you know? No fun. Pas de fun. So I wrote something about it. It's called The Last Leg, filed under Us and Them, and I hope you read it. You're reading this, right? Hello?

AND IN THE MEANTIME IN BETWEEN TIME: Right now, I'm thinking of the above piece as the Part 1 of a two-part saga about the state of us and our online community, but it'll probably wind up in issue 4 of PULPhanson. This will probably happen because, by the time I get around to writing the thing, it'll be time for PULP to come out and I'll have nothing else to talk about. Additionally, PULP is taking submissions of all sorts for issue 4. We're looking for fiction, nonfiction, rant-y things. Slide on over there and go look at what we're looking for. And give us a call.
